Please choose carefully as we do not refund except in accordance with this policy. All items must be unpacked immediately upon receipt and the contents checked.

Goods not Received. No credit or refund will be issued for goods not received where we are able to produce evidence that the goods were dispatched. Where optional insurance has been taken out we will provide the information required to assist with an insurance claim. | ||||||||||||

Goods damaged in Transit. some items (only) damaged in transit must be notified within 5 days of receipt to arrange return authorisation approval number. The purchaser should refuse to accept delivery of any damaged product and notify us immediately. Where optional insurance has been taken out we will provide the information required to assist with an insurance claim. | ||||||||||||

Incorrect Product. If you receive a product that is incorrectly shipped, subject to the size of the item we will arrange for the payment of postage or arrange for collection of the item. We will only issue a refund or exchange

Goods damaged or missing Parts. Any item found to be damaged or missing parts upon unpacking must be notified within 5 days of receipt. Depending on the item we will at our or the distributors sole discretion arrange for a replacement piece, a replacement item and/or request return of the item. No item will be accepted for return without a return authorisation approval number and a receipt. We will only issue a credit or exchange:
